It simply means words and pictures in Greek. That’s pretty much what I do: write words and draw pictures. To help one side understand the other in a relationship.

Business & customer. Employer & employee. Government and citizen. Investor & startup. Father & daughter. I’ve been there and done it.

I’ve worked in brand and marketing my whole career helping one side communicate to the other. Drawing out what customers really need and shaping how an organisation tells its story and builds its products to meet that need.

But the thing I’ve learned most recently from my time building startups, is the importance of culture. And how culture is the internal expression of your brand. And when culture and brand sing together everyone wins - customer, business, employee.

So I’ve set up Lexicona with some really talented designers, copywriters, moving image specialists and growth hackers, to help organisations build great brands, great cultures and connect them up to supercharge growth, fire up engagement and fulfil purpose.
